The young girl serving this afternoon is a credit to your company. There was a gentleman who was quite difficult to understand and she helped him with his order. When he wasn't sure about the sizes and prices, she showed him all options. Very lovely and polite individual. She treated him with respect. Not something you see too much of these days towards the elderly.

Quick and prompt service. I'm usually not happy when I get a take away coffee as the cup is too hot due to the temperature of milk and of course the coffee is ruined. But, today, for the first time in a while I had a GREAT COFFEE. The temperature of the milk was great so you could drink and ENJOY the taste of the coffee.
Very attentive barista and quick service. Don't know his name, but Costa should have more like him. Well done. 😊😊😊

Slightly less decor than the English Costa. Drinks and food were delicious, we had the vegan cheese and ham toastie. The decor takes nothing away. Staff were welcoming too.

The staff here are some of the best that I’ve known in a branch of Costa anywhere. They are very efficient, know their regulars well and are particularly attentive to the needs of elderly people who might need trays carried for them, etc. Staff always recommend the best deals for price and points etc. I feel sorry for the staff given they are so good at their job that they are constantly let down by their head office being so slow at things like fixing their dishwasher, fixing their sound system, getting them an ice machine downstairs, and doing up the decor a bit. The friendly staff do their very best but seem to receive no backup from the company at large.

The service was top notch and the coffee is delicious and more than half the price of a Starbucks.
And there are usually some tasty snacks and sandwiches available.

A lovely coffee shop located on busy corner of Perth. Coffee shop itself is a little cramped the further you go in but I think it's quite cozy, especially writing this review in winter. Staff are lovely if not super busy. Great tasting coffee and food as per usual.

Friendliest staff and best coffee ever! Staff are always ready to chat and ask you how you are and are even prepared to make you a special coffee that you design yourself! I asked them to make me a hazelnut cinnamon mocha and it wasn't even on their menu and they made it perfectly. The shop is always clean and the prices are reasonable. Definitely worth a visit.

This Costa Coffee in the heart of the Fair City of Perth sells all the standard Costa items with it's standard hot drinks, mostly coffee based and its standard food items mainly based on biscuits cakes and sandwich items, a tried and tested formula, but a little tedious. The service was as you would expect, you know what you get when you visit Costa.
