It's a Costa.
Upstairs seating is a nice touch, but otherwise just a standard Costa.

I've just got to say a huge thank you again, to the staff in Costa, Serpentine Green, regarding my grandson's nut allergy. Lauren was absolutely phenomenal today. My grandson has the same toasted sandwich each week, when we go in, as we know that he is ok with this. Lauren saw him looking at another item and without any hesitation, took it upon herself to go through all sandwiches/wraps etc, in the allergens book, to check if he could eat anything else. She then came and found us, sat down and explained what she had found out. I'm really impressed with Lauren, Tyler and all the staff of Costa, Serpentine Green, for their customer service and care. Thank you for everything!!

It's a nice place for a coffee, you get the classic Costa quality though the seating and layout isn't wonderful. The queue often stacks up by the door and that's not because it's a big queue, it's because it's 7ft from the door. Seating is also limited and a little cramped. A few of the lights need replacing.
Good coffee though, sometimes worth a drop in though there are better Costas to consider in the area.

These 3 girls were great - friendly, welcoming and efficient- the coffee was pretty good too 😉. Loved the seasonal bakewell tarts and mince pies with a twist.
