Gluten free! The best gluten free Chinese I think I have ever had. There is a separate gluten free menu and the staff are well clued up, all take away boxes labelled with GF which always give me extra reassurance. The food is full or flavour and my non coeliac husband said he couldn’t tell the difference from ‘normal’ Chinese food.

Ate here twice. Both times the staff were really friendly and accommodating as we hadn’t booked. The food was amazing and the value well worth while. If eating in the busy season I’d definitely book as it’s a popular place for good reason. Piping hot food and quick service too. Will be returning there next time we’re in Plymouth. Niki & Damian

Just had an excellent meal here. We had the set meal B and all of the food was of a very good standard. It's certainly a worthy five star.

Whilst in Plymouth visiting my dad, we were looking for somewhere to eat as a family. Being a fussy vegetarian, I find it difficult to find places to eat. Looking at the Wet Wok menu online, I was sold the second I saw 'quorn' on their menu! This is the first Chinese I have found that does meals with Quorn, and I was ecstatic. We tried to book for the Friday, however they were fully booked, so we booked a table for the next night. When we got there, we realised why they're always so full, it's not just a meal, it truly is an experience. We were hoping to be seated either outside or by the window so we could overlook the sea, and so lucky that we were. The staff are friendly and always making sure you're OK or asking if you need another drink. They place plate warmers on your table to keep your food warm whilst eating. My dad had a steak meal that came out on a sizzling plate, I had satay sauce, and it was the most delicious satay sauce I've ever had. They do a vegan oyster sauce, too, but as above, I'm a fussy vegetarian, so I was too much of a wuss to try it. Every single one of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal, so much so I'm going to get my dad & stepmum a voucher for Christmas, so they can enjoy it without us (adult) kids hanging around! It's literally the perfect venue for a family night out, a romantic meal, or even friends catching up, but definitely book in advance over the weekend!

What an brilliant experience. Fantastic setting on the water. I’m a vegetarian so often find Chinese food challenging but was so glad to see Quorn Chicken (and not just Tofu, which I do like) to enhance choice. And a salt and chilli mushroom starter (again many other places this dish is only offered in the meat section). The quality of food and wine was wonderful and very very good value for money. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Couldn’t fault it. We will definitely return when we are next in Plymouth.
