Make At 140 Vauxhall St

I cannot say enough good things about Make140. When I was first starting to learn how to sew, Lizzie and her team helped identify the best courses to learn the basics. The energy and enthusiasm of all the staff in the shop and those running the courses is infectious and I am always working on something at home. The most recent workshop to make the Zadie jumpsuit was the most challenging yet and the workshop was a great way to get to the next level for me. Whether you are a beginner or an expert, a knitter or a maker, Make 140 has everything you need ❤️

Make at 140 is incredible. The shop is packed with stunning and unusual fabrics and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The courses and workshops on offer are as diverse as the shop contents. They are run by professionals in their field and are great fun. Not only do I learn something new each time I attend, and have a stab at making an item of clothing, I also forget all the stress and worries going on in my life for a few hours! Oh, and the button selection is just as beautiful and diverse as the fabrics!

Just like to say a big thank you to lovely Renata for her patience over the last two Saturdays re Beginners Crochet from Lucy and Julie.
