Had a lovely afternoon visit today, ordered all 3 courses and can't say a bad thing about any dish that we received. We was advised of waiting times and asked about any allergies when entering by Paul who also revisited to make sure everything was OK with our time there. My son has coeliac disease and Melanie took our order and made us feel there was definitely no worries about us dining there. Timings between ordering and receiving our food was just about right. The severs were all very pleasant and polite and made sure everything was just as we ordered.

Myself and my partner came midweek for an evening meal as we had an email with a fantastic offer from Bella italia. The place wasn't rammed but still had an good atmosphere. The service was good, and the new manager was excellent and very passionate about bella italia. After asking for advice on the menu, he informed us very well of what was a popular choice and the story behind some of the new dishes. The carbonara pizza was delicious. Looking forward to returning soon.

I came to Bella Italia last week with some friends and despite being a chain restaurant I really can’t fault it. The food that was presented was delicious and so full of flavour. Reasonably priced and the service was great!

Me and my partner enjoyed our child free date evening meal, service was slow but that's because it was a Saturday and I understand its difficult to keep up, staff were lovely and friendly. We Had two three course meals we both really enjoyed it thank you for your great work will return

We were very lucky having a dinner here.
The food was tasty and good portion size.
The waitress were nice and caring.
I feel service could get a bit better as you can see the dishes in the counter to be taken to the tables for quite a while.

As a long term coeliac, this was easily my best experience in eating out - in over 30 years.
Bella Italia made us feel very welcome, my dietary restrictions were accepted and accommodationed with ease. My food was excellent, especially the dessert.
From start to finish I felt like a 'normal' diner, not a nuisance.

Good meal for 8 of us. Tasty, hot lasagne, macaroni cheese, etc. I didn't think the Marco Polo (pulled duck in Hoisin sauce) needed tomatoes? Friendly waiter, Jethro! There were lots of customers so it was a bit noisy.

Just had a really great meal here with the family. Booked online the day prior for 9 ppl, called in advance on the day to increase it to 10 & they didn't have the booking, however they were great & accommodated us all. Brilliant staff (*esp Natalia) & service, from the booking & during the meal! First time here & all 10 of us left full & happy! Wheelchair accessible, tolerant staff - we're a lot on our own & have kids with SEND. Even converted my elderly parents who were not enthusiastic about the chain ... they were very happy with the staff & service which means the world to me!
Highly recommended by all of us & at this point in the pandemic... an absolute well done!!
