Had our first meal here since the new owners have taken it on. I have to say the food was lovely, hot and arrived within a good time.
Its nice to see its getting a bit more of an atmosphere and more people. Just need to start turning some heating on the place was a little cold.

A good old-school pub. Great beer and friendly staff, which is what's important. We'll certainly be back.

Recently visited with a friend and great to see a traditional pub menu and drinks. Staff were welcoming and chatty. Would recommend the Rising sun and will be returning

Lovely Sunday lunch at a pretty local pub. Under new management so food now being served. The food was excellent and the service first class. Can heartily recommend the food.

Just had a best roast for ages. There is a new landlord and bar staff. Pub cleaned within an inch of its life! Food fresh and just scrummy! Welcome back Rising Sun we have missed you x
