My father ( Frank Beattie) and I (ESME Beattie) had a very bad accident on the escalator, 11August 2023, I would like to thank the staff who helped and stayed with us both until the paramedics and ambulance arrived. And a big hug goes out to a very nice lady called Stephine. ( hope I have spelt your name correctly ) .

5 stars to Dingles Restaurant on the 5th floor of House of Fraser in Plymouth. Excellent customer service, very friendly and helpful. A nice and varied menu. There's a small play area there too, which is very helpful with young children. We lived in Plymouth for 7 months 6 years ago and loved going there for a cup of tea or Sunday lunch. This summer we had our holiday in the area and were very happy to visit the restaurant again. The service was excellent, just as we remembered!

I Needed a suit for a wedding and was helped by Tina in the Suit section. It’s very rare to get such fantastic personal shopping help like this and Tina is a real credit to the store. It really felt like a bespoke shopping experience and I am really happy with my purchase. If ever you need a suit and in Plymouth then look no further! Well done House of Fraser for continuing to set such high standards with Customer service.

Service excellent although shortage of staff on the ladies floor (notice this a lot sad really we need these stores). I gave 5 stars for the restaurant staff rushed off their feet due to Plymouth Argyle coming through the city in celebration. They kept apologising for waiting (we didn't wait long) and the attention of the staff was wonderful. Big shout out you all I hope your bosses take note

I pop in several times a month for coffee in Dingles. The staff are friendly and helpful. Came in again today with a few 'girls' I went to school with. We were pleased to have a refill for £1.10 which meant we could talk for longer. The coffee is good and we enjoy the space and the views of the city. We'll be back.

The premium department store in Plymouth. High quality fashion brands and furnishings. Dingles restaurant on the top floor has great views of the city centre and is a good place to rest and refresh yourself and take a look at what you have purchased so far. As we move more and more online, it is great to have a place where you can go and actually look close up and these days, the cost has to be competitive to the prices that you see online. I googled a few things that were in the sale and the prices were in line with what I managed to find across the internet. And if you get home and regret not buying that one thing that you should have came home with, you can still order from House of Fraser’s website too.
