Was greeting by manager, he took us under his care despite us being close to closing, and was there to keep us company and entertained from beginning to end.
Recommended dishes based on what we wanted, and even threw in a few freebies. Food was amazing! Highly recommended, could not recommend enough. DEFINITELY WORTH A VISIT! Wish there was one nearer to the north. Open a store closer To Manchester Please :)
We've been there as we've seen on Facebook that they won the Best Curry Restaurant Award in the UK or something like this, and wanted to see what was so special about it. I must say we've been blown away by the amazingly tasteful food and friendliness of the staff.
Highly recommend it!

We got a delivery from Indian rose for the first time tonight and it was above all expectations!! All the meats were soft and cooked to perfection, super tasty 🤤 if there one thing I like it's a curry, I've always struggled to find a good one in Plymouth coming from London but now I got my go to curry house. We had the mixed grill and an Indian rose balti. Highly recommend. Thanks for the great meal
Amazing restaurant in a central location and great parking accessibility, came here on a Friday evening which was really busy but the place was extremely well staffed to keep up with the demand and the servers was really attentive to our table. The food was authentic, well seasoned and beautifully presented at a great price. This is probably of the best restaurant in Plymouth! This place is going to be a regular stop for me and my family, they even do takeaways/delivery service. Will definitely recommend to check this place out.
Relatively new to this restaurant and it is becoming a firm favourite. Order was delivered by the manager and he was exceptionally polite and it was lovely talking with him. The food again is 10/10 as was the last two orders from here. The only thing wrong with this order tonight was that they forgot our set of chutney to go with the poppadums. But hearing that they are busy this evening then I guess it’s one of these things.
Best Indian for me that I am really not a big fan of Indian food.The owner been very friendly.
Apart being called out pay the bill after we lett the money in the wallet that was brought with the bill😅, suppose they are not receiving much cash this days.

Booked a table for My Wife and I for our 30th wedding anniversary. The place itself is extraordinary! Pink roses covering all the walls! Absolutely stunning. The waiting staff were all lovely, attentive and so friendly, we felt very looked after. The meal was fabulous, our starters were delicious as were our main courses, as an aside, the pilau rice was the best I've ever had. Mrunal, our waiter was brilliant and our meal was crowned by a delicious pudding, a round of iced Baileys and a happy anniversary song ringing out to our table. Thank you for a lovely and memorable meal, we'll be back!
Myself and 3 friends had the absolute pleasure of dining at The Indian Rose Restaurant (Mutley Plain) last night.
I honestly couldn’t recommend enough, beautiful restaurant, lovely friendly staff.
We all had something different and ALL the food was nothing less than amazing.
The presentation was absolutely amazing.
Over the years, I have eaten at quite a few restaurants and this wins hands down with no doubt what so ever.

Really enjoyable takeaway meal. I have been trying to find a good Indian takeaway for a while, and now I have found it! Generous portions enough for 2 meals. Onion baajis & Garlic Naan the star of the show for me! ✨
We ate here for the first time yesterday at about 5.15pm. The service was friendly and helpful. The food was outstanding. We observe a vegan diet, so had to tread carefully through the menu. The result was an excellent meal in very comfortable surroundings. If six stars were available, I would award them.
