Indian Rose Restaurant & Takeaway

A very noice evening. One small critique, thought that tikka masala dish was very sweet. Seems to be heading that way in a number of restaurants now. Lighting is very modern.. May not be everyone's cup of tea.... especially if you are looking for a more intimate atmosphere. Still, variety is the spice of life.

We've been there as we've seen on Facebook that they won the Best Curry Restaurant Award in the UK or something like this, and wanted to see what was so special about it. I must say we've been blown away by the amazingly tasteful food and friendliness of the staff. Highly recommend it! We'll keep on going there.

Booked a table for My Wife and I for our 30th wedding anniversary. The place itself is extraordinary! Pink roses covering all the walls! Absolutely stunning. The waiting staff were all lovely, attentive and so friendly, we felt very looked after. The meal was fabulous, our starters were delicious as were our main courses, as an aside, the pilau rice was the best I've ever had. Mrunal, our waiter was brilliant and our meal was crowned by a delicious pudding, a round of iced Baileys and a happy anniversary song ringing out to our table. Thank you for a lovely and memorable meal, we'll be back!

We got a delivery from Indian rose for the first time tonight and it was above all expectations!! All the meats were soft and cooked to perfection, super tasty 🤤 if there one thing I like it's a curry, I've always struggled to find a good one in Plymouth coming from London but now I got my go to curry house. We had the mixed grill and an Indian rose balti. Highly recommend. Thanks for the great meal

OMG… unbelievable food and service. I was so full but couldn’t stop eating, it was so tasty. I highly recommend Indian rose. Also, I have to add, the restaurant is aesthetically stunning. I had a take away but after going into the restaurant, I’m keen to have a dine in experience. Literally cannot find a fault.

My second time ordering from Indian Rose. Indian food is by far my favourite and these guys seem to know what they are doing! The owner personally delivered my food himself, shaking my hand and introducing himself also at my door. The food (Chicken Madras, Keema rice, Spicy tandoori wings, poppadoms and chutneys) was unbelievable! It's by far the best Indian take away I've had in the south west! Full of flavour, full of spice and the owner himself made my evening! Could not recommend highly enough to everyone. Will definitely be ordering again! Thankyou guys!

Relatively new to this restaurant and it is becoming a firm favourite. Order was delivered by the manager and he was exceptionally polite and it was lovely talking with him. The food again is 10/10 as was the last two orders from here. The only thing wrong with this order tonight was that they forgot our set of chutney to go with the poppadums. But hearing that they are busy this evening then I guess it’s one of these things.
