Fast food was not fast and the chicken was that dry you could not chew it. Was really looking forward to it because I had not had kfc for a while but have to say will not be attending pontypool kfc again. I now know why it was empty. AVOID!!

Just about managed to provide chicken, skimpy amount of chips, no corn or gravy available and all this served by a girl who needs a good lesson in manners and customer service

The drive through was a little difficult to navigate and some of these stones are loose so sounds awful driving over them, the order system isnt working so placed order at the window. Food was lovely but the amount of chips we received was very small! Should have asked for an extra portion! But overall, not bad!

Just had a fabulous meal from here ..I was served by Jamie and Leuan...
Excellent customer service and Jamie was very patient as I had to give him my order over the counter, he was very polite even though he was rushed off his feet ..
The meal was nice. The chicken was cooked fresh and tasted lovely. We didn't get the coleslaw but I made my own 😆
Compared to the kfc we had last week from Cwmbran I can honestly say Pontypool kfc are the best 👌

I had not used KFC for many years. Afemale member of staff was amazing helping with options. She had her hair up in the hat it looked curly/wavy ish. She wore round glasses. It was Saturday 8th April 2023 between 3 and 5. A credit to the company
