had the most amazing experience here coming here first time. i was served by a lovely young lady by the name Nerys. i believe it was her first day and she did an amazing job, she was so friendly. i hope to see her again soon😊😊

Thank you Keiron!!!! He made our evening!! We were booked in at The Otter at 6:15pm (15/9/23) for my daughters birthday, big mistake. We left at 830pm after a refund as our meals were forgotten about! Absolutely awful attitude from their manager. We then walked over to McDonald's and I asked Kieron if we could bring in a birthday cake, he quickly checked with management and said yes! He was so lovely and he genuinely made our evening much better with his humour and jokes. Please give him a big well done and recognition!!

I'm giving a 5 star review because I never usually have problems with the food so I thought it would be unfair to leave a bad star review. But could someone from the store contact me please? We ordered online last week and were missing half our order. Tried calling the store but they never answer. Pur order was over £40 and we got about £20 worth of food. Thanks
