We aren't sure where to start in expressing our thanks and gratitude to you all for making our wedding day so unbelievably perfect. The whole day ran without a hitch, and that was all because of your careful planning, organisation, and attention to details. We had amazing feedback on the food, the grounds and gardens, and the staff at the venue.
A massive thanks to Lauren for first showing us around the venue 18 months ago and answering our thousand questions via email ever since. Also, a huge thanks to Bianca who was a pure angel on the day, and it felt like another friend was there with us. She did everything and more. Also, a thank you to all those behind the scenes who we may not have met or spoken to in depth, such as the kitchen staff, the bar staff and everyone else.
We will be back to visit you again in the future, as Compton Acres will always now be a special place in our hearts. You are all so good at what you do, and it doesn't go unnoticed.

We had the most amazing wedding day at the Italian Villa. The venue and grounds are stunning. We loved that there is a different area for each part of the day and that there were so many different customisation options so our day felt really special and unique for us.
From start to finish the whole team went above and beyond for us, Lauren was there to answer my many, many emails in the planning stage, nothing was too much trouble and she was always there when I needed her.
The food was outstanding, better than any restaurant we've been to. We loved being able to tailor the menu to our preferences, bringing in personal touches to each dish made it so special, our guests loved the food too.
The on-the-day team were equally fantastic, making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Everything was dealt with so neither us nor our guests had a clue if something was wrong. We cannot thank you enough for how you helped us and managed the situation when one of our guests fell ill. Aside from immediate family, no one knew anything happened or even that an ambulance came. I truly feel that our wedding reception wouldn't have gone ahead if it weren't for your amazing team dealing with that situation how they did, we cannot thank you enough.
As a wedding photographer I find The Italian Villa's gardens give me a lot of scope to capture wonderful images of my clients. There's always something new to see there as the seasons progress. I have to say the food is always pretty good too!

We recently had our wedding at the Italian Villa and it was perfect! Of course the venue itself was as we imagined, absolutely beautiful. We found every member of staff that we came into contact with in the lead up to the wedding and on the day itself helpful, friendly and professional. Hannah originally sold the venue to us and we liked her instantly, then we liaised with Lauren a lot in the build up who was also brilliant and super helpful. On our wedding day we were lucky to be allocated Sinead as our coordinator for the day and she was absolutely fantastic at ensuring everything was perfect for us and our guests. As soon as we met Sinead (a couple of days before the wedding) we were thrilled she would be taking care of us on the day. Our coordinator for the evening was Kiki who was also exceptional, so friendly and willing to go above and beyond to ensure us and our guests were looked after. The food was absolutely delicious and we had lots of compliments from our guests to say that it was the best wedding food they had ever had! So compliments to the chef. We heard from our suppliers that the team were also great assisting them with anything they needed. Overall we couldn’t have wished for a better day or team of staff taking care of us and our guests so a huge thank you from the Bride and Groom!
The Italian Villa is a stunning venue to have your wedding and ceremony with plenty of space for guests and the grounds for photos are stunning. The gardens have so much depth which allows for walking through and using the multitude of different spaces of their Japanese gardens.
What a stunning venue, perfect backdrop for our wedding. All of our guests commented on how beautiful the gardens are and how delicious the food was. The team from first show round, coordination, chefs and running of the day were professional, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Many thanks.

Me and my husband just had our wedding celebration on 12th march 2022 at The Italian Villa with our original wedding being scheduled here for April 2020. Firstly thank you to the wedding planners of the villa, with so many postponements and having booked the venue back in 2018, we were looked after by a few different corodinators including Hannah and Lauren who particularly stood out to us. Our emails were always answered so promptly, nothing was too much trouble and they made sure we got everything we dreamed of! The venue speaks for itself as its absolutely stunning but we wanted to say such a massive thank you to the team at The Italian Villa! They clearly are professionals who do this every day! The day was so seamless, all our wishes were followed perfectly and we were both so relaxed, knowing we were in good hands and being so well looked after. Drew is an absolute asset to the team. He's so friendly, caring and has a cracking sense of humour and knows exactly how to shut a room of rowdy people up!! 🤣 The girls at the bar and serving over the evening were everyone's best friends! Nothing was too much trouble and they just seemed genuinely happy to be part of our day and had a good laugh with everyone. There were a couple of broken glasses over the evening and they came to our rescue and never made anyone feel bad about it (one was me as I'm known for being very clumsy- sorry about that!). They even made sure me and my husband went home with a little food parcel as we were too stuffed to have any buffet food during the evening! It's a beautiful venue with amazing staff and you guys really helped pull off our long awaited perfect day! We have nothing but praise as did all our guests and just want to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
What a wonderful setting for a wedding. Beautiful gardens, attentive staff and exquisite food. Particularly impressed with the catering team, who quietly and efficiently provided full table service to a room full of guests, without fuss or delay. I hope to be able to go back and spend more time in the gardens. We were there for 9 hours, and I don't doubt there's more I'm missing.

We recently got married at the Italian Villa (May 2022). I have to say as the Bride it was perfect in every way and was everything I had wished for for our wedding and more! From the moment we booked it to the day of the wedding the team were on hand to answer all our queries and ensure we felt calm and relaxed. Nothing was too much trouble. The setting itself speaks for itself! The events team and coordinators on the day were just amazing! They definitely know what they are doing and everything just went like clockwork! My husband doesn’t drink ‘fizz’ and when we were handed 2 glass of fizz after the ceremony they immediately clocked the error and within minutes he was handed a glass of red wine! All of our guests were totally blown away by the venue and have commented to us how stunning the day was. We can’t express our thanks enough to the team at the Italian Villa for everything they did. It was truly an epic day and if I could do it all again I wouldn’t change a thing! Thank you so so much
