I'm a regular here because I love the service. They are all so friendly and helpful. Yesterday I was in there for my morning mocha. I am ill with bone marrow cancer and my bones are very weak and I'm waiting for a hip replacement. I lost my balance yesterday and fell over spilling my tray every where (very embarrassing) luckily I didn't break my already weak hip. I just wanted to say thank you to the lovely staff in there who looked after me. They are all a credit to the Nero Team. Much love x

The staff here are really helpful and kind. As a disabled customer, it's nice to have staff who will help you without making you feel like an inconvenience. The oat vanilla milkshakes are also worth a visit.

My favorite coffee shop has been refurbished to a very classy standard. The best coffee in uk and tasty cakes and food. The staff are always smiling and helpful and are true Baristas. AMAZING EXPERIENCE everytime

We went at 4.15. The waitress was cleaning the machines but didn't acknowledge us until she was finished. It does take a long time to make the drinks. There were only 5 or 6 people in there. The toilet was very messy, paper all over the floor etc.

Nice place calm atmosphere and lovely staff! We came once on Saturday and came back on Sunday!!! Totally recommended!

Loved the coffee and the people there! As my own son works in a similar job i totally understand the pressure the barista may feel as it was extremely busy. But they still stayed very friendly and have been extremely helpful with any requests of mine! So hard to find a nice team that enjoys the job and offer such a great costumer experience despite hard requests and challenging costumers. Will be back soon!
