Love shakeaway and always have. I've never had a problem with customer service or quality. Sometimes it's a little hard to hear them call out the order when it's busy but it's a great place.

Staff are always cheerful and helpful. Work hard and fast to get orders made quickly. Can get very busy on weekends and during school holidays. Always delicious milkshakes!

Clearly laid out options and the ability to add to an order or even create a unique drink etc. Helpful and friendly staff, even patient dealing with a frantic parent with 3 kids needing their sugar fix and kindly repeating my order more than once back to me (thank you!) Could say the price is high but a milkshake alone costs at least a few pounds anywhere even without ice cream so by the time you have added the extras they include in theirs, i would say you pay for what you get and its definitely worth it

Would have given it 5 stars for the very tasty shake but I had to insist they fill it up. I was told they only fill it up to the line and the line is roughly the size of the regular. I ordered a large. Coffee shops used to do this. The shake was truly great.

Best place for a shake ever. Every time I go into poole I’ll go and pick one of these bad boys up. The variety of flavours is fat and the prices are also great. They take card which is amazing and it takes less than 5 mins to make your shake.

unsure why there are all bad reviews about this place since i have never had a issue going there and i have been a lot of times. staff are lovely and honestly can't fault the shakes, forget the previous reviews, if you want a good shake go here :D
