i go into ashley cafe at least twice a week,i belong to slimming world and this cafe cooks a breakfast that is like a slimming world whole meal toast ,poached egg ,beans , tomartoes,mushrooms and a mug of tea, all for 3.50 staff are frendly and have encouged me all though my wieght loss ,

The food which I had was a large breakfast was well cooking and hot. The staff was nice and would recommend it and will definitely go back 😃
Enjoyed a bacon and sausage sandwich before starting work this morning. Friendly service, the cafe was nice and clean and plenty of seating. For £3.50 the sandwich was perfect. Will certainly visit again and will recommend to friends and colleagues. Opens at 7am
Friendly and warm atmosphere, friendly staff and fantastic food. I had a large fry up with a tea worth £6 and it was absolutely fantastic. Very well cooked, great tasting and very filling. Will definitely come back for another one when I don't feel like cooking breakfast.
We first went there yesterday, as we were looking for a cafe that allows dogs.
It was very friendly and everyone was great, the food was excellent, even with us changing and adding to the set breakfast menu.
It was so good that we are going to make it our go to place every day.
The prices are good too.
A friendly, local cafe with simple, but decent food. Prices are good (takeaway hot bacon roll for £2, for example - as of early 2019).
Simple tables covered with wipe-down table cloths, make this place look like the traditional "greasy spoon", but it's clean and definitely not greasy!
Went as a group of 5 for a late lunch which included breakfasts ham,egg and chips, a cheese sandwich and was met with a lovely welcome the food came quickly freshly cooked and not only looked good but tasted good as well and you get free tea as well. I believe the cafe has just changed hands and Monday (yesterday) was their first day. You both did well and i will be returning to see you
Went into ashley cafe for breakfast this morning with my husband and daughter. The owners have made such a great improvement inside. Clean and fresh! The service was amazing. The food was hot and freshly cook tasted great. Will definitely recommend. Will return very soon. GREAT CAFE!

My top tip: buy the small breakfast for £3 and add any extras you want for 50p each to create your perfect breakfast feast at a bargain price.
This cafe is one of the Best iv found n iv been in quite a few !! It has a fantastic feel about the place, the staff chat n joke wiv everyone who enters it's doors. You cudnt find anywhere as Friendly as this. Food is always fresh n plenty. Options changed if your not happy wiv an item on your plate your not keen on. Nothing is too much trouble for the Lovely staff that run this Cafe. Plenty of choice of food and drinks. The owner made a great choice taking this cafe on, he knew wot customers needed Locally. Prices are easy on your pocket.
I'd easily rate this cafe 10/10.

Very nice bacon sandwich and tea for £3.10! Large choice of breakfasts, sandwiches and lunches. Kids meals £2.50. Clean and pleasant surroundings. There is even a play area for toddlers!
They are amazing, the food is cooked to perfection and the staff are lovely and kind and generous whenever a customer wants to change something to their orders, they are very happy to adapt the orders
