I visited TGI Fridays at Tower Park on Wednesday 11 March 2020 in the early evening, a weekday during term time. I was with one other person.
The restaurant comprises of one large sized main dining area with plenty of tables with full table service.
The team were very friendly and welcoming and I had no issues - we got everything we expected in good time and enjoyed the experience.
I enjoyed the Triple Jack Stack for my main course and a Cookie Dough Sundae for my dessert. The food arrived hot, was well presented and tasted really good. There was a good selection of food and I found something that appealed to me easily. The food was good value for money, I paid around £20 for two courses and a drink.
Overall I really enjoyed my visit and would definitely come and visit again.
Great new menu, very tasty meals we all enjoyed (adults and kids) and accommodating to slight changes in the food, friendly staff, family atmosphere, will definetly be revisitng to try some of the other new items on the menu.
Nice and friendly place to eat in, food was amazing, staff will go above and beyond the call of duty honestly it's a must visit place everyone x
My favourite for a dinner treat. Here for Father's Day night out with the family and grandson. Initially sitting down the table wasn't big enough, and without asking the waitress quickly asked if we wanted a more spacious sitting. That's good observation and customer service. Food has always been cooked just right and you can't go wrong with unlimited refills. Another enjoyable evening.
Got seated immediately. Good service from the start. The food/drink selection is excellent and great to see a restaurant with beer on tap! I had the nachos starter. Great size but I wouldn't mind it more spicy. I then had the chief burger. Tasted beautiful. The only comment is the 3 burger baps it comes with is too much! Apart from that it was excellent! I would recommend downloading the app to get a little discount! Would definitely recommend and would return.
Really helpful and polite staff, great atmosphere and the food was really nice.
What a wonderful evening we had at TGI Fridays in Poole yesterday. It was a family dinner and we would like to thank all the staff for such a wonderful experience. Mainly our kids loved it specially when our server Unity made animal balloons and entertained them throughout the night. Food tasted delicious and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning very soon. Thank you :)
I am a Coeliac sufferer, no gluten etc, and the manager here was absolutely fantastic, told me about stuff that I could have that isn't already on their brilliant Gluten Free menu. Made me feel really welcome and not at all different! Highly recommended. Food was really lovely for both my wife and I.

We had dinner here for our anniversary and were really impressed with the service! We'd booked a table but ended up running a bit late. Upon arrival we discovered the place was packed. There was a group in front of us that were handed their pager (it goes off when their table is ready) and headed off to the bar to wait - they'd been told they'd be waiting about 15 minutes.
When we approached we were led straight to a table that was waiting especially for us and wished a happy anniversary. Our waiter was friendly, chatty and helpful.
They'd run out of the starter I'd ordered but didn't find out until they put the order in, they were very apologetic but I didn't mind. They were packed, it's too be expected that they'd run out of things. I ordered a different started and it was with us after not very long.
Very impressed with their bottomless drinks. My partner ordered one and in most places that just means unlimited refills. But at TGI Fridays it was truly bottomless. When he finished a drink he didn't even have to flag anyone down, the waiter would just appear with a fresh drink! Very impressed!
The food was fantastic! I even considered leaving my partner and marrying the food instead :P
Our only complaint is when we were done and waiting for the bill we had to wait a bit to be able to flag someone down (that was expected though, the place was packed). Once we asked for the bill, we expected it to be rather quick. It would have made sense to drop our bill off asap to make space for the next customers. The bill eventually turned up, and we already knew roughly what we'd be paying so had our money waiting (we had a movie to catch and we figured they'd appreciate the spare table) but he dropped the bill off and left as we were putting the money down.
We had to leave and he hadn't come back yet, despite having glanced at our table so we risked it and just left the money and bill tucked on the table and headed off to our movie.
TGI Fridays is a great place to go, my only real recommendations are book in advance if you can and set plenty of time aside because when it's packed you could be there a while. Food arrives as quick as it can but waiting for table, bill etc can be a bit time consuming.
And be prepared for singing, there are usually a couple of people in their celebrating their birthdays.
Such amazing food, love the decor and layout of the place, nice staff, not too long a wait, needs more regular toilet cleaning though as lots of people visiting each day and children in and out of the look with no supervision and it ends up rather gross sometimes. Apart from that it's my favourite place to eat. I just hold in my pee until I get home. 😂
