Absolutely the best in Bournemouth & Poole by a very very long way
Cod cooked to perfection, golden crispy batter not dry or greasy just perfect & the right amount per size of the fish.
Large cod was sweet, succulent & so delicious I could have eaten it all over again
Perfectly cooked chip's were an absolute delight, lg portion too much for me but friends happy to help out & took them
They were light & airy on the outside but oh boy FLUFFY on the inside
Pea Fritter was the best I've EVER had, same light crispy batter, no grease on hands, paper or plate, fresh zingy tasting peas matched perfectly with Tartare sauce
Lovely end to a warm sunny day spent at the beach, went exceptionally well with an ice cold bottle of larger

Tonight we had portions of fish and chips from here. The service was excellent and the server even suggested a more economical way to order what we were wanting.
The quality was excellent with fresh fish and very well cooked chips.
Having owned and run many fish and chip shops/cafés in my life I have some inkling of quality.
This was our first visit to these premises. It will not be our last. Thank you so much.

I'm a local but my first visit today. Very good chippy I reckon. Funny what people say in other reviews. I mean chip shop fish & chips are deep fried in oil. Of course they can be soggy and oily but that's the whole point isn't it? I like soft but still firm chips cooked in oil. If you want thin dry crisp chips buy those awful supermarket oven cook ones. Proper pea fritter too. Good portions. Next time I cook a steak at home I'll be here for the chips. fair value too.

Batter that melts in the mouth over fresh cod fillet and a generous portion of chips. A huge 1/2 pounder burger that was described as 'The best ever' . Some accolade from a teenager lol. This was our 2nd visit and I would say we have definitely found a winner.

We did a phone call order, it was ready when we arrived, the quality, value and taste of the Cod, Sausage and Chips was excellent. The best we had have had for along time, Well done the Mia Team.

Best fish and chips we've had in a long while. Freshly cooked while you wait. No soggy chips here, they're lightly browned and crisp. Even the mushy peas were good. Portion size is good too, we happened past on a Tuesday evening which was special offer night, 2 cod & chips for £12, my husband struggled to finish his chips and he usually orders the biggest portion available.

Cod, chips, scampi and a pea fritter, delivered in good time and tasting absolutely delicious. Scampi was fried to perfection, cod batter was crispy and the fish flaky. Chips were proper fish'n'chip shop unlike some others.
Our first ever order but we will definitely be back!
