Closes at 5.43pm not 6pm as advertised wasted trip. If staff need 15mins to clean up adjust your times
Good food with friendly staff. I've been going to this establishment since I was at the College. Its handy for when you want something substantial to eat while in the town centre.
Ordered through Just-Eat (11 Nov 2023 15:29 order #113327007), got order wrong, missing paid extras and missing items of about £5 total. Phone number given on receipt matches the one on Google and doesn't work so good luck getting this fixed. Never using again. Just sad.

The food was kept too long in the easy bake oven and almost burnt, got the wrong cookies and the service was slow. The quality of service has definitely fallen lately, go bridge street instead.
The lady is awesome, fantastic personality (love the tattoos) very welcoming and a real pleasure to talk to. Areas clean and tidy. Food as always freshly prepared and tasty. Portadown subway highly recommended.
