Stopped for a spot of lunch. Plenty of choice for a lunchtime menu. Had a lovely time. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Food was top notch and served hot. Chilled drinks were served with ice.

We visited Gunwharf quay off the recommendation of a friend so I researched the place and found Frankie and benny’s which I was glad to see. Booked a table for me my wife and son. We was served by Jenny who seamlessly made the experience memorable. People like Jenny who are so kind and make experiences easy for family days out need to be more like her. If Jenny can be shown this then our thanks to her for that day.

We came to Frankie and benny’s a few nights ago and we were served by the amazing Jenny! We had amazing food and Jenny made sure that we were looked after! She was so attentive and always came back to check on us every so often to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back! Well done Jenny!

We bought 4 meals here. A dirty dog, chicken and halloumi burger, pizza and macaroni cheese. We all enjoyed our choice of food. My son also had a milkshake, which he really enjoyed. It could have been used as a desert it looked so good.
The burger came with fries, but I asked if they would change it to a salad instead, which they agreed to.
They catered for our allergies really well and didn't make us feel uncomfortable.
The server was a lovely young man who was polite and courteous.

Amazing vegan BBQ drumsticks only 3 in a portion but very nice and tasty and not dry.
Mac n cheese nice too - could do with some garlic or something but that's just personal preference.

Really good food at very good prices. The service was friendly and quick. The only that the place down was the toilets which dirty and no soap and the hand sanitisers were all empty.

Absolutely lovely meal. Atmosphere was good, staff were very polite and attentive. It was so busy and still the staff really made an effort. Really good prices there too. Its also nice to see they took notice of the booking requirements I asked for when I booked online. Will definitely back.

Fantastic customer service tonight especially from Harrison our waiter. The food was amazing as usual. Also we sat outside which was great looking over at the centre at Gunwharf Quays. I would definitely recommend the Mac and Cheese, Cheese burger 🍔 😋

Brilliant waiter who was very attentive and checked on us a lot and was happy to have a chat. The food was nice and worth the price. A very large Dinner but worth it and I didn't have a starter so it wasn't too much in the end. We had some lovely cocktails as well 😋
