2nd time of ordering. Best curry ever. Shame they missed our bahji off order but can be forgiven. Lamb korai is the best ever. Cheers again guys .
Yet again. Missed our bahji, even though my partner reminded you you missed them last time when we ordered and asked if you could double check order.... delivery turned up minus bahji. They arrived 25 minutes later, stone cold... wont order again. Food great, but you cant get orders right.

Very good! We really enjoy it and catered for a lactose intolerant chum who wasn’t left “unwell” the day after.
Definitely recommend, watch out for the story spinning waiter who resembles one of the cartoons and relentlessly tells you about the ladies who frequent the establishment.
Co-op up the street for “refreshments” but you need to dodge the natives.

Went to Spice Route with my parents who came to Portsmouth to visit and I have to say that it’s one of the best places to eat in Portsmouth! The staff were very friendly and approachable, little things like putting our bottles in the fridge and asking if we would like our photos taking after seeing us struggle to take some pictures. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced!

Brilliant food and service. Really accommodated a last minute booking. They couldn't have been more helpful even though we were a complete pain by wanting a table for 10 on a Saturday night and phoned the day before. Really friendly and good value.

The food is really good, especially the Bangladeshi specialities. Really worth a visit. The staff are really friendly and go out of the way to make it home from home. My rating here is 4.5 my only criticism is that the location is not heated very well and the carpets on the floor are not very inviting. I would suggest a good linyl click solution would give thar extra bit of quality to the decor adding that 5 star feeling to a five star curry.

What a beautiful evening.. food was amazing it melted in your mouth. Falours were beautiful. The restaurant was lovely staff were proper attentive and go the extra mile.. they don't serve alcohol but you can bring your own. Try the mango drink.. beautiful x x will go again.

I was looking for a good Indian place in Portsmouth and this is one of them. We came at the time that it wasn't so busy so got to enjoya good service, and a good meal. The food was cooked very well and was better than your run-of-the-mill Indian restaurant food.

Had a meal last night at this restaurant. Very well served by Ahmed and the food was of excellent quality. A party of eleven is not easy to cater for(including some children) but the food was always hot and all the plates were emptied. Would highly recommend to anyone. Well done!

Had such a lovely take away from these guys this evening. Ordered £90 worth of dishes for a family gathering. All arrived piping hot and cooked to perfection. To get such quality for such a big order is pretty impressive. Always delivered by THE most delightful driver who makes the whole process a pleasure. Highly recommend 🙌🏻
