We only found this place by accident and so glad we did the staff there went way beyond the extra mile and couldn’t do enough for you always attentive the Head Chef produced a fine curry that my partner and friend really enjoyed. The prices are really good a fine evening had by all Eldon Arms take a bow. You were all amazing we shall return.

Quality pub . Good service. Wouldn't mind a wider choice of ale and lager at around £4 a pint though! That is my only gripe . But will be back soon.

Excellent, excellent place to go for a really good meal. There is a professional chef preparing some of the best food I've ever had in a UK pub.

Found this place on a walkabout in Pompey.
A great backstreet pub, with some nice ales on.
A pinball machine is hidden at the side with other games to keep you occupied.
Friendly service, clean and welcoming.
Would recommend to anyone.

Qwerky pub fairly central to Portsmouth town. Good selection of beer, tried a few Cornish ales while I was there. It was quiet while we were there but I can imagine it's a pretty lively place when the crowd is in, nice place and the bar man was a good laugh too

They have Just started to make Sunday lunch at the Eldon Arms . Had dinner today and it was excellent and we'll worth the money . You need to go and try it for yourself

Spent all afternoon in there the other day, really well done up with something for everyone. Has several big TV's around the place for sports fans and has quiet areas for people that just want to chill and they even have a couple of retro arcade machines. I was really impressed with the variety of drinks they have to offer too. Burgers are awesome there aswell
