Shown to our table quickly. Pizza at buffet was all readily available. And was hot and fresh.
I liked ordering and paying on my phone, made for a swift transaction and exit after our meal. The staff that we did see were friendly, but obviously having buffet we had little interaction really.
Shame people can’t control their children though, the ice cream station was a complete mess, felt for the poor staff who had to clear it up 😞
I visited the Pizza Hut in Portsmouth. Loved the food. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They have lots of vegan options on the menu and almost all of the salad dressings are vegan - such joy! When you order a meal deal - main, side and drink - you get unlimited free salad from the salad bar, which has great produce. I had the buffalo vegan pizza with stuffed crust, they offer the violife cheese (my favourite). It was delicious. The place is clean, has lots of space, and it is pretty busy at lunch time, mostly families with kids.
My expectation was not high - however for a little evening out with my daughter whilst my wife and other kids had plans - this was perfect. They don't stop cleaning here, the food is good and the service excellent. Despite ordering via QR at the table - all the staff were excellent. Credit where its due - we will be back
Fantastic place if you like Pizza hut. Lots of parking space and the staff was also very courteous. Offers were also suggested which we were unaware of.
It was perfect for my daughters birthday, she had a good round booth with her friends, staff were friendly and enthusiastic, pizza was tasty and re-stocked well. Thank u.

Had the best experience here tonight ☺️ it's been years since I last had a dine in visit to pizza hut which was at the Havant one before they closed.
Cannot thank AJ (manager) and his team for our delicious food enough, they made our pizza with only our extra toppings which where just veggies and he personally apologized for the mistake and as a added gesture of apology he allowed us to have our original pizza plus the one they had mistakenly made along with added desserts to take home.
A special mention to Jade and Emily, who were also amazing. Nothing we enquired was a problem. Both ladies had friendly approaches and smiles even though it was nearing the end of they're shifts and made sure my son was entertained with the kids colouring pack and engaged in light conversation him, my partner and myself.
Thank you so much again AJ to you and your team, will definitely be back again for more delicious food, friendly staff and great service.

Took my son for a birthday meal. Staff were brilliant, very friendly and attentive.
Mobile ordering was quick and easy, food was tasty and didn't wait long at all.
Very pleasant visit.
Had buffet deal, it was expensive at the weekend, good value in the week! Salad choices were basic but good, Pizza choices the same. 2 hot pasta options, when available.
Arrived late after a day of travelling was so hungry and tired got the meat feast thin crust it was lovely and we had the place to ourselves as it was coming up to closing time. Would definitely go back
Came in with my elderly father as a little treat for him. I was kindly greeted by the manager I believe called Emma, we were shown to our tables from the moment we walked in. We ordered through the online order and the food was outstanding, I'm a domino's fan but todays food experience is giving me second thoughts. The service we received was so professional and 5 star vip feeling. The staff was so polite and everything was of ease. I don't ever write a review about any restaurants like this but today's visit is definitely worth the review. Thank you so much for me and my father's afternoon buffet lunch, we both loved the service provided and we will be back again. Thank you 😊
