Rated before and wasn't impressed, last time food was cold as I got it upstairs.
Took children this time, was nice to get a seat upstairs and order from there, and not have to go down in the entrance where it was busy, food brought to the table hot, forgot the bacon in my burger hence only 4 stars.
Much better experience this time. Paper and crayons available for the little ones while we waited were also a welcome touch
The assistant who was cleaning our area was very professional and helpful. Her friendly smile and pleasant demeanor made us feel looked after without being intrusive.

Food was hot and fresh. Unfortunately,
I ordered a Latte coffee and got a regular coffee.
But no big deal.
Also wanted a mango and pineapple ice cream, but that wasn't working surprise, surprise!

Got an Uber delivery via the app the delivery time kept changing and when It arrived it was cold there was no way to speak to anyone the store said it was Uber and Uber said store
McDonald's is McDonald's, but having visited this branch on a number of occasions I've never had reason to complain. Drive-thru, kerbside collection and inside ordering options are all available. Unlike some other locations there is kerbside collection to all parking spaces rather than just a few which makes app ordering easy. There can be long queues for the drive-thru at peak times. While the queue usually keeps moving, it's best avoided if you're in a rush for your lunch.
This place is not even busy but my order is still not accurate missing a burger and as always they don't add the dips that i need to step out and claim at the till. No point using their drive thru service as i need to get out the car still. I find enough staff but no one available to speak at the counter.
One of the most cleaner McDonald’s with good service have been to. Staff were great and hot food. Hard to get at most McDonald’s. Hate tepid food personally.
This place is cool! Atmosphere is not the best , but its pretty good. A very busy place , with deliverys , and even if the food is cool its still amazing 💗

Amazing customer service of the lady on the floor. We ordered through the app, food arrived quickly! The lady who was on the floor gave the kids colouring in, and balloons. She was great with the kids
