Sunday afternoon having a birthday meal with the future Father-in-law and family. 3 of us were vegans and the menu is inclusive and our food was very very enjoyable. Even a vegan chocolate torte! Yum. The service was friendly and accommodating but slow at times waiting for next orders and to settle up. I appreciated that it was Sunday afternoon, but it wasn't massively busy! Still very much enjoy Giraffe and would visit again! =)

As a family of 4 we felt very welcome and the staff were truly interactive with us through the whole experience. The process of ordering was easy and fine. Staff were attentive and gave valuable input during our order. Food did take slightly longer than expected but truly it was ever so slightly which didn’t really bother us unless we had been in a rush. Food was tasty and flavoursome. The burgers might be their forte since everyone enjoyed them thoroughly. Juicy centres cooked just right. The salmon bowl was nice, the rice was slightly dry but it was nice to have proper jasmine rice rather than packet rice. Only having one choice of beer on tap felt limited. Leaving you without any choice sadly. Will we eat here again? Yes we would. Better service here than All Bar One for sure!!

Great concept. Loved the menu. Kids ate free the day that we went which helps. Good drink offers all day every day. Service was good but it was too busy for the number of staff. The poor waitress was run off of her feet. I had fish and chips and it was excellent! The kids meals were healthy and it was very enjoyable. Will be back for sure in the future!

Really liked this place, primarily because the choice of fresh food is enormous! Meat eaters, veggie or vegan it is all catered for. 2 for 1 cocktails all day, every day. Good service and atmosphere too. I had the naked burrito. It was nice, however I had huge food envy looking at the burgers. My wife had the tagine and that tasted awesome as well. I know what to get next time! 😂

Staff are friendly and professional, price are good Restaurants are clean we both very happy with our food. We order food from Kids Menu for our daughter is rice ( bit hard ) and salmon ( bit hard ) but overall kids Menu price are very 😊 please make sure improvements in children food other then than happy with everything as is my first visit thank you.

4 of us came here last night, had a good meal. great staff, clean restaurant, upbeat. the menu is from all over the place so something for everyone. 2for1 deals on food at the moment. food was all very tasty with good portions the only criticism I might have was that the chicken in my malay curry was super well done, to the point where we thought it was tuna or swordfish it had that sort of texture. if it was a breast in a burger, say, it would've been way too dry and I would've sent it back but being in a curry sauce saved it. good sticky rice too
