Genuinely best Subway around, only one I really bother with. Owners clearly care about repeat customers and go out of their way to thank you and give you a free cookie with delivery orders. Could not recommend this branch enough

This is my go to subway always, whether it be ordering online or eating in. The owner is genuinely friendly and treats his staff with the upmost respect, the customer service here is exceptional and the free cookie with little notes on the packaging just goes that extra mile. The place is well maintained and always clean. Great work here 😊

The most sweetest nicest people ever! Called me when I requested a sauce they didn’t have to check if I wanted a different one. This is the only subway in Portsmouth I will eat from. Customer service skills are amazing!
