This place is a 5/5, would be more if I could. The bubble tea is so nice and well made, and the workers are so friendly and kind. If a mistake is made to a drink (which has happened to me before), they insist on fixing it with no trouble. Getting the app is worth it as well. Inside the shop is a wonderful post-it note wall from what everyone has written on the post-it notes. I'll include a picture. However, it does need more post-it notes!! (It's understandable that they don't have any as the wall is full of notes) the drinks are so tasty, and you have so many options to choose from. The service is quick most of the time, and when it isn't, they always apologise for the wait and are so polite, wonderful workers. They definitely deserve a raise, in my opinion! Also, it came to my attention that the workers themselves don't receive tips, and the tip jar goes to the manager, so do not tip as the workers don't get anything from their work! i love ordering at mooboo, the staff is really kind and always showing how much they care about the customer, specially Fernanda which every time i go there, she is always smiling and talking to me to keep me feeling comfortable! the drinks are 10/10 including the taro milk tea which i was recommended by her as well!
We love this place, we come every week, the staff are absolutely lovely and the bubble tea selection is fantastic.
Decided I wanted to try bubble tea so I visited mooboo yesterday morning and ordered one. The drink was made in great time as I was left waiting for no more for a few minutes. Thank you to Izabela who was the kind and welcoming member of staff who prepared and served my drink. Great service I would definitely recommend to a friend 😊😊.
Clean and friendly place. They have a huge range of delicious bubble teas. Have a couple of stools to sit while you wait for your drink but this is a take away, not a sit in place. Parking can be difficult so prepear to park up further and walk to it. (It is well worth the walk though.)
Stumbled upon this yesterday and decided. to give it a try-as I've always wanted to try bubble tea-i was both pleasantly surprised by one the tea, and two the amazing service I received from all the staff; a big thanks to Izabela who was so patient when I was confused with all the possibilities of Bubble Tea! She was additionally very quick and efficient, I will defiantly be revisiting again soon and telling everyone about this place!
I’ve never had bubble tea before and this was such a good place to get my first cup! It was so good, I’ll definitely be going back.
Amazing bubble tea shop with a plethora of options available as in most places like it. I always go for the cool drinks like the fruit teas or coolers so I can't comment on anything else really, but I have visited twice before and ordered a passion fruit tea, both times it was excellent. Always worth a visit here.
Amazing bubble tea and great range of flavours and toppings.
The only downside is that if it is busy you can expect to wait 15-20 minutes to get your order but it's not surprising considering they are the only bubble tea shop in the area.
All of the teas are delicious, but be prepared to wait if they are busy
