Taco Bell

No one on the tills to take our order or greet us. The self service machines don't print your receipt out . Which I think is terrible as Taco Bell are well known for their great food and customer service. Food was great and we didn't wait long for it. We sat in to eat and as you can see from my photos the tables were all unclean and only the high tables were clean and empty. Before we left customers had chosen to sit on the tables that were not clean but I chose to find the only clean table I could get to with a pushchair which isn't many. As I had a child with me I needed to sit on a low table. There were 4 people working so they could of said hello and they could of cleaned tables. We were there for 20 minutes and no one came out. There is no excuse for this especially after covid this should be a top priority. Such a shame as when we arrived there were about 5 customers in here it was not busy. When we left 20 customers.

I wish my review didn't have to be negative as I do like taco Bell but I visited the fast food restaurant last night and the staff were busy on there phones so had to order from self service, after making my order the machine couldn't print out my receipt because there was no receipt paper. That didn't bother me too much but then when waiting for the food I noticed on the table one of the staff members left out a bottle of D10 cleaner left out. Lastly when I received the food there was hardly any filling in it at all, and considering I've been to other taco bells I was shocked to find out such a massive change in food. I also had churros after and they were rock solid and tasted stale. Overall not happy, hope this can improve in the coming months

One word describes this experience..... Awful. I opted for a chicken crunch combo. It was small and could have been hotter. The fries were pretty stale, as though they'd been cooked several hours before and tasted like they were just coated in paprika. The burrito was dry and bland, although I did pass on a jalapeño sauce which may have added a bit of moisture and flavour. The "restaurant" was cold and the only thing resembling napkins was a roll of blue paper on a table by the window. This will be my one and only visit to a Taco Bell, very disappointing.

Dirty, slow and the food wasn't hot. My quesadilla was luke warm, the cheese inside hadn't melted. The tables were all dirty, despite the place being almost empty. The floors show long term build up of dirt in the corners, this suggests to me that the management set low standards and don't take pride in their work.

Horrible, untasteful and vulgar creation of a thing. Only thing I can test is the salt. Food like these are a disabling to your palate. The uneven spreading of the source and the iceberg lettuce was horrendous. When I took a bite of my Cunchwrap Supreme with seasoned Beef, some parts were pure sauce or lettuce. With seasoned Beef only seasoning I could taste was salt. I expected bare minimum of Taco Bell but they couldn't even produce that, like me in bed. I cannot believe my forefathers thought in the great walls so I can enjoy tasteless food. Furthermore, how are you able to make your dipping sauce gamey. If u feeling sadistic and wenting to make day awful then I recommend Teco bell.
