This is what I always get at Costa! Hence why I am loyal to the brand. Other organizations would benefit from training their teams to this high standard of hospitality training too!

A busy and bustling branch, but with attentive staff the quality doesn't suffer. With a good amount of seating inside and out as well as a drive through, this branch caters for most peoples needs.

Overall a good normal Costa experience. Was a little disappointed with the seasonal Christmas drinks, they all contain a dairy swirl or similar with no alternative if you can have that (lactose intolerance for example).
Only real gripe is the drive through here still causes issues. They recently (within the last 12 months) installed some no entry sign to try and cause drivers to enter the drive through a certain way, while it has helped it hasn't solved the issue and Costa should be doing something to further help in my opinion.

Haven’t been through the drive through however inside is very spacious and never busy. Service is pretty quick and they have a good range. Food and drinks are as expected from Costa. Cafe is clean and tidy.
