They will rob you blind. I purchased a pre paid card and loaded the funds to it and when I got home the card did not work. I called the number they said the issue was not on their end and when I tried to call again they would hang up. So I went back to the store and ask for my money to be transferred to a card that I could use or my money back. The store owner was really rude and refused to refund the money. We both waited for the police as they were called and it was explained to me that it was nothing that they could do. Bottom line this store harbors crooks do not buy any cards from them at all they will rob you and give you nothing in return. I have contacted corporate and expect to hear from them soon

Worst experience ever. All i wanted was a iced coffee. They didn't have any syrup for the coffee. It was dirty and sticky on the counter. I had to ask for cups. On top of that it was a roach by the syrup and sugar. I will not return. I am closer to this one on Deep Creek, but i will go to the one on Frederick.

Gov is pretty much racist against every American except his own. “This is America” isn’t something you say when a person is paying for a refill and you’re charging full price. Stealing is in America too obviously!!!! No surprise why Trump acts the way he does now! As a black woman I see why he’s so serious about Immigration.

I am an employee of another 711...i always have a cup for ice....the very rude short lady with blonde/brown hair to her shoulders accused me today of stealing a cup and ice...she then proceeded to say she seen me steal a cup on camera...but refused to show me footage....your employee is very very rude and should not be working with the public....
