Starbucks

Worst Starbucks in existence. It should literally be closed down. Online ordering is down and they never have half the things on their menu. Once they were out of espresso for 2 weeks! Last time I went there we paid for a bunch of flavors and all the drinks were completely plain. I could go on and on about how bad this specific location is. The management must be terrible. Do they even have a manager? Does anyone know, acknowledge or care about this place? Shut it down! Support the local coffee shops instead! They are cheaper anyway and seem to actually care about their customers.

I went this morning before work (7:40 ish) and the woman was cussing about something with the other worker while me and my mom sat there waiting on our MEDIUM drinks. Once we got our drinks we noticed it was a SMALLand we wasn’t even asked if we wanted the receipt and I was already running late for work at this point. My moms strawberry akie had little to no akie and the ice was not cubed it was shavings. I got a salted Carmel cold brew, it was not mixed at all and had little to no Carmel in it. The service was just terrible and I would never refer someone to that Starbucks nor will I ever get a drink from them again.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! The employees were very rude and not considerate. We were waiting in line for 45 minutes and then when we got to the counter they were on there phone snap chatting and didn’t even greet us. We also found out once they put the phone down, that their credit card machine doesn’t even work. Should probably put a sign bigger than a posit it note up...Ridiculous!

these girls always deliver the goods! I do feel bad that they seem chronically understaffed, so drinks may take a moment, but they take their time and make it right. I've only had one transaction there that didn't turn out right, but that was quite a while ago. they do a great job and ask the right questions.
