All I can say is that if you are going to offer to replace an incorrectly made order, please make sure you get exactly what needed to be replaced and not demean the employee who was trying to satisfy the customer. The general manager at this location needs a lesson on guest recovery.

This is by far the worst Burger King I have ever went to. The last three times I placed a mobile order I get to the window and each time they say pull around and they will bring it out to me. This is with NOT ONE CAR BEHIND ME. and each time I wait for OVER fifteen minutes. Not to include they are by far the rudest drive thru staff ever! I will be driving the extra five minutes to go to a different location from this point on! I’m currently writing this while I’m sitting in front of their door and have been now for 17 minutes and all I ordered was a kids meal & still not one customer has went inside or thru the drive thru! They have no customer service skills whatsoever! I will be contacting corporate as well. Look at all the comments below on this location and this should honestly tell you something!!!! DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION.

The coffee is always cold and have to tell them to heat it up. Always got to tell them I want Splenda packets instead of sugar. Over all, the service could improve with the crew they got employed there.

I order my food and instead of giving it to me another employee gave it to the drive threw I had to wait another 20mins so they can make my order again then still didn't get my whole order.. they are unprofessional

If horrible was a star I would give it to them.The Big King was the size of a cheeseburger with a slither of tomatoe which I was charged for ,I did even get a half piece of tomatoe. Chicken sandwich was so salty it was unhealthy. They are being paid to work there but they just show up.The one star is not for the store it's for the drive-thru worker that had a pleasant attitude. She was very friendly .

Worst drive through ever!The lady at the window was so rude and was on the phone when I was trying to pay for y food and made me back up behind the window while I waited on my food and then when I asked her why she made me do that she cussed me out and flipped me off!!!I don’t understand why she made me back up,so so strange and weird!I won’t be coming back!They seriously need to work on customer service and teach manners to these young kids!I know it’s just fast food but it could be a present experience and I’m so disappointed ☹️
