Jessie’s Latin Lounge

We had a very tasty meal at Jessie's. The menu was a bit baffling to someone like me with little experience of Latin food, but each dish was deliciously fresh and packed with flavour. The cocktails were also very tasty and good value. BonBon, who served / hosted us was upbeat and friendly. The atmosphere at Jessie's was warm and festive and the decor colourful and inviting. Sweet churros with added salt will blow your mind :o) Highly recommend!

I'm the guy who came in asking about the legendary Cuban sandwich. It was everything I was told it was. So satisfying, beautiful ingredients, so well put together. And the cafe is so friendly. I felt like an old friend after 5 minutes. I'll definitely be back. Wonderful little place. I'd give you 10 stars if I could. See you soon amigos 👍

I had the loveliest lunch here and have been ravimg about it since. The Mexican wrap was incredibly tasty and the service was welcoming and friendly. The lasy behind the counter recommens the choclats cake as the 'best in the world' and I was not disappointed! I would 100% recommend this to anyone in the area!

Lockdown update: open for takeaway 10am-3pm, Tuesday to Saturday. Based on what I've tried so far, I'd recommend the breakfast wrap, the quesadilla, the good intentions and the coffee! Previous review: We called in on a recommendation from someone at work - I'll be thanking him next time I see him :-) Went at noon, with wife, daughter and grandson, having skipped breakfast at home to save myself for a burrito, based on that recommendation. Staff were super-friendly and helpful, and made scrambled eggs on toast for the grandson, who's not experienced quality south American food, yet. Grown ups all had burritos (2 chicken, 1 meatball), and were well pleased. They were clearly freshly prepared and tasted excellent. We'll definitely be going back.
