Too often in business we are quick to complain and yet take good service for granted. I' d like to acknowledge that on several occasions in recent weeks Selco staff have cheerfully volunteered to help me in handling heavy and bulky items. Good business is not just about price. After emailing a few local builders merchants to see if anyone was able to help us Selco is the only one that responded and offered us some bits. We're a local cubs group and we wanted to have a go at our DIY badge. Selco went above and beyond and donated the materials and tools to allow us to do this. They were incredibly generous and we are so grateful for the support from them! David who looked after us was extremely helpful and helped us to get the right bits that we needed for our project. The kids are really looking forward to starting their badge. Thank you so much.

Yesterday I called up to enquire about a purchase I was interested in and spoke to a lovely Girl called Lisa who was absolutely amazing she was a real help with all my questions, she Was that good that I called up today to make the purchase. Lisa was understanding of my lack of knowledge and super helpful and a real credit to you guys I would say her level of customer service was second to none and filled me with confidence With what I was ordering and the service I required. I would have her work for me tomorrow if I could, so good was the level of service. I never email compliments as never really think to do so but the service I received from Lisa Over the past two days has been so good it would have been rude not to.
