Everything is dirty, poorly managed.
Toilets disgusting!
Every urinal was covered in pubic hair and grime.
No soap in the dispensers.
Member of staff mopping the floor, clearly no training or supervision provided..
Starbucks tables not wiped or managed.
Floor filthy.
Not enough bins for customers to clear their rubbish, so all empties are left on the tables.
Lots of staff on the tills taking our money, none spent on cleanliness and hygiene..

Messed up order twice, no communication, waited 20mins. for order to be fixed and wasn't fixed properly. Very frustrating experience. Food wasn't good enough to make up for the mix-up. Son ordered from Burger King and he was served no problems within 3 minutes. Next time we will all choose Burger King.

Messed up order, 4 portions of chips left out, and the size of the chicken smaller then a kids portion,for the price it's ridiculous. Used Uber eats delivery, food was luke warm. No phone number to contact either of them and report mistake, speaks volumes. Won't bother with either kentucky or Uber again.

Got there at 10:40pm as it says on website the closing time is 11pm. Only to be told it closes at 10. As a lorry driver and driving all day plus paying nearly £40 for parking and food voucher to be told it closes at 10 isn't good enough!! NO info on website nor helpful staff.

Order a wrap, get given a cold one that’s clearly been sat on the “hot plate” for quite a while.. overpriced and disappointing like most service station KFCs. As usual proper branches are fine but these roadside ones are useless.

I would have given 2 stars but the food was good. Customer service was ok . My main issue was that the food was way overpriced for a kfc. Im guessing because its at the services that they think they can extort people. .other than the price all was ok

Deliveroo had delivered order stone cold £35 order food items missing
Food was very bad it went straight into the bin the chicken didn’t even look like chicken it’s smelt funny
I ended up going to McDonald’s I wasn’t letting my grandchildren it that
I highly recommend you save your money
