All the Greggs looks better now. Nice sitting area and good pastries.It's always a good place to grab a cheap lunch and a hot drink. Staff are very friendly
My mum was left in tears after being made embarrassed by one of the staff , shocked at how she was spoken to and just left devistated by how the staff member made her feel. My mum is disabled and asked what was in the pasty as she could not …
Staff were friendly and helpful. Slight wait as they were training new staff but got a complimentary coffee for the wait
Order arrived incomplete initially but after speaking to staff they said reorder something small and they'd include the missing items and some things for compensation when the order arrived 30 minutes later they'd gone completely above and beyond to make up for the mistake made.
Very slow, no warning that the bun was very hot. The food is so bad and so is the service
