Roasta Preston is located in Preston, Lancashire. It privides authentic Cantonese cuisine. We ordered Duo Meat Platter (roasted pork & soy source marinated chicken) and Fried chicken thigh with shrimp paste in homemade broth). The roasted pork is yummy and cripsy. The place is clean and the female owner has provided a good and attentive service.
*The shop will be closed from mid May to mid August 2023 for summer break. Please check if they open during this period before you go there**

Delicious three roast meats! Authentic Hong Kong cuisine, with lovely staff! Cash only, there’s a car park behind the takeaway. Definitely give a visit!

Delicious Cantonese food.
Shrimp was cooked perfectly in the sweat and sour sauce. There was plenty of sweat and sour sauce to have with the good portion of rice. The green beans with garlic and pork mince had great umami taste. The pork belly was cooked great too with very nice crispiness on top. Good service from the staff as well.

Excellent Hong Kong style roast meat, most places you find that one roast meat is good whilst the others are meh.
Well roasta all the meats we had today, roast duck, belly pork.and char Siu was outstanding in flavour texture and looks
Love the homemade noodles as well
Little cafe style more than a restaurant and can get very busy.

It's my first time visiting Preston, wanted to have some good food while I'm here. I had roast duck, rice, and jasmine tea. The duck was beautiful and succulent. The service is friendly and fast. All for a reasonable price, highly recommend!

What a find!! We popped by Preston on our drive to the Lake District and the quality (and quantity ) of food here was a lovely surprise. The roasted meats are the stars of the show - they definitely beat the ones I've had in London's Chinatown.
Not saying it's as good as the best ones in Hong Kong or Singapore/Malaysia but it's going to be a decent meal. Note that the "homemade noodles in braised sauce / broth" are in the style of Chinese ramen (not the thin yellow ones you get in wanton mee).

A hidden gem of Preston. At last got a place with authentic Chinese flavor - not the toned down flavor, but the one with real zing. They are quite busy so order early otherwise you might have to miss the popular ones. They are CASH ONLY
