Patrick was very kind and efficient. I had a cancelled train and needed to charge my phone and have a stress relieving glass of wine. Was so glad that the Beer House was open so I didn’t have to wait on my own on a Friday night

I do like to have a pint in here when waiting for my next train, as long as sun’s past the yardarm. Handy having the departure board on the wall, plus a TV with rolling news. Sometimes the music’s too loud but then I’m getting on a bit. Staff normally friendly and efficient, and Rakesh was both today. Not tried the food.

I came to the bar while waiting for my train. And got served by a lovely bar tender Rekesh. He made my experience enjoyable. Bar was clean are tidy and was a very pleasant atmosphere. Will be returning.
