Great little pub from both sides of the stage! You’re well looked after as a performer and well served as a customer and there’s always a great cask ale or two to sample. I can’t recommend this place enough!

The brook is a good old fashioned pub (not a bar), beers are good with two ales and a large range of largers. Bar staff are welcoming and friendly and regulars are good people, children and dogs are most welcome too. Live music at weekends, the pub is about to be refurbished at some point in the near future hopefully will not be turned into a "trendy bar". P. S. There is no food on sale. Just a recap (29/11/22) brook is back fresh and clean and still a pub , happy days

Went to open mic event on Sunday. Such a good way to spend a Sunday afternoon and there were two Franks!

A brilliant traditional english pub but also a great venue for live acts and bands. Last night was a packed house to watch the amazing King Pin. Definitely worth a visit.
