Such warm and friendly staff. Paige in particular seemed genuinely interested in helping us find what we wanted.was warm and welcoming too. It's seems today that service like this is a thing of the past and it was such a pleasant experience to find it isnt.

On my recent visit to Holland and Barrett Rayleigh branch. I was greeted by a very friendly member of staff. Who I believe was to be the branch manager.
After getting lost amongst the products this same member of staff took time out to explain to me what was what and I what I needed to assist my weight loss journey.
I will be returning thanks to this member of staff.

Great range of stock their free from range is almost perfect now if they did the free home hot chocolate life would be perfect indeed the shop is fully wheelchair accessible the staff are friendly and helpful and even pointed out the vitamins I’d gone past twice without seeing lol being a donut again

Super friendly staff who take their time to answer any question. Small food freezer for e.g. vegetarian sausages. Essential oils, vitamins, etc all there, though all their range isn't all zhere as it's a small store.
