Great waffle (although bigger than I expected) and strong coffee. Definitely hit the spot!
They were short a few things when we popped in but we’re more than happy to list what they did have available and were very sweet and helpful.

I’ve been consistently impressed with this place in the last three months or so.
When I first started coming here, it wasn’t great. The store was shut about as many days it was open, and the lady running it seemed to be way out of her depth (and was always scrolling through her phone to the point where I was waiting for her for five minutes before she acknowledged I was there to take me order.)
Now, the quality has improved immensely. With the new manager/team lead (he’s been there a good few months now) the service has improved, the amount of available options has improved, and he’s always friendly and helpful.

My family and i had a fabulous time today at cookies and cones in Rayleigh. We came in for a 3 year olds birthday surprise and the gentleman was more than accommodating for us. He helped us move the table and we all had fabulous desserts. He was alone in the shop by the looks of it but he was confident and able to look after the shop and the customers at the same time.
Our drinks and desserts where of the highest quality and our toppings were generously applied. Thankyou for looking after us today

At first I couldn't stand this place, but I have realised it was the staff. The Team Leader who thought she was running the place didn't know how to clean or anything. She only ever sat on a chair on her phone.
I have become a regular in the Rayleigh branch of cookies and cones since the new manager has been in situ.
Love the fact they have always been dog friendly.
The place is so clean, so welcoming.
The staff now seem to be very helpful and friendly.
Please bring a few more Mango flavoured items to the shop please????
