Very busy when we went on a Saturday evening, but the service was still great and the atmosphere was buzzing. The wine was reasonable and really lovely, with staff who knew their stuff but we're relaxed about it - a real art! You can even buy the bottles when you leave to take home which was great!

Went for a 'wine & cheese' experience. Went on a Saturday, 15:30, not busy at all. We were seated and the waiter asked about alergies and dietary needs. I had the vegan option (top of pic) and it was simple bt very tasty: bruscheta with basil and cherry tomatoes, olives, almond cheese, salad, artichoke and dried tomato antipasti, plus nibbles and additional bread basket.
I was then served with four types of wines placed on a paper mat with information on them.
The experience was great but not worth £40 pp (purchased from a gift website). There was not enough information and depth to differ it from just having wine and platter on any other place; mat could have provided more info about the grapes and process of making the wines, how to smell and appreciate them. Maybe a Veeno app in future?? Also, nothing sweet on the menu.

Lovely restaurant to visit. Great food, atmosphere, staff are very friendly. Good music and a large seating area outside. One of readings liveliest places to eat and drink. They do a great platter board and wine tasting too! Reccommend.

Lovely place. Came for a quick stop for snacks and cocktails. They have a lovely serving on a tall tray. The Pina colada and the Sex on the sofa cocktails were good.

Excellent!! Lovely afternoon wine wasting with nibbles. Michelle was an excellent hostess, explained everything and was really friendly. The entire team were attentive and made us feel most welcome- loved it, and would highly recommend a visit.
