New menu was nice, service was a little slow as we waited an hour and with children that's a nightmare.

Much better service this time round! The food took longer than expected and the meat was overcooked, but the staff were very friendly and helped with anything that we needed.

Good value for money , never packed during the day on week days, never rushed out so can sit and relax after eating the staff are always changing so never get to know them but they were pleasant and welcoming

You can improve on your meal times as we waited 2 hours for our food and then my partner had some plastic inside his burger

It was disgusting
My husband ordered hotdog with chilli. There was barely any chilli and the hot dog was burnt litterally like charcoal. I ordered mixed grill and asked for the steak to be well done- turned up red
We waited 50 minutes for our food and it was in edible. Presentation of my husbands food was substandard and both in edible. Waste of our Friday evening and went home hungry. Manager was brilliant however and couldn’t apologise enough. We got a refund on our meals

The greeting was lovely from the bar staff. The service was impeccable from Ryan. He was so friendly and even when explaining something we wanted was not available, he offered alternatives in such a way, we forgot we weren’t even having our first choice!! Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. It was our first time and we will definitely be back. 10/10 5 stars from us.
