Great quality fish and chips. They serve good sized fish and a nice portion of chips. The menu is wide and varied. The only down side is that I'd ordered 2 cod and 2 haddock. The haddock needed to be cooked fresh and the cod were already cooked and under the heater (not sure how long for). The difference in texture and taste was very noticeable from the pre-cooked fish to the one cooked fresh. I feel if they'd cooked the cod fresh as well, this would have been a perfect fish and chips take away. I'd have been happy to wait a few extra mins for it to be freshly cooked. Overall, there are a lot worse fish and chips places so, this still ranks high in my books.

I came to Deep Blue after work yesterday and i was pleasantly greeted by Sophie, who offered me amazing advice on selecting which fish size would suit my elderly mother the most. A very helpful, kind and smiley young lady!

Well presented looked nice tasted good. The guy didn’t put salt n vinegar on actually he didn’t even offer so was a bit gutted. Neither the less good quality food

Despite Deliveroo delivered an hour later than anticipated, the App did give me a constant update to when the new delivery time will be.
I ordered the Meal Deal for one and an extra Jumbo Saveloy sausage. The batter from the fish was still very crispy but the chips were slightly cold! But it was easily fixed by warming it in the oven for 5 minutes or so. The curry sauce was very lumpy but tasted ok and was full of MSG.
Having say all this, I would order again from Deep Blue as I did really enjoyed it for my work Christmas lunch very much today :)

Excellent fish and chips, very tasty! Delivered to hotel piping hot on time and very well packaged! Ordered a couple of times while at work. Second order was good too but let down as fish bites were very over cooked and burnt was hoping they would be consistent. But generally very favourable!

pleasant speedy service and food well presented in tidy neat box rather than wrapped, so easy to eat when on the go.
