Really enjoyed our visit to Mcdonald's Redditch Town Centre yesterday.Lovely food ,as usual.There is one person,Lorraine , never stops working, she cleaned our table immediately, fetched some Ketchup ,all with a smile.She was clearing tables, picking up litter ,mopping the floor and very observant if anyone needed help, she was there. A great asset ,to the business as she is so pleasant and helpful.We always look for her to say Hello .Very kind and courteous lady.

Hi we visited this McDonald’s today and had a great experience the young lady was very helpful and never stop working cleaning table , taking food to the table and generally keeping the place very clean the young ladies name was Calais

Used the app for the first time, not bad! Normal good quality breakfast items between the 5 of us! Think we had nearly all on the menu, LOL

Full of people, however my order came seconds after I ordered it. My order wasn't particularly small either; A 6 Chicken nugget and medium fries ( as a meal ) and Diet coke. I think they even gave me an extra chicken nugget! Lovely staff also. Overall a great McDonald's

Always pleasant & happy staff at this store! Good to see them using the government guidelines on Covid-19, on social distancing for customers and staff alike. Takeaway & delivery service only because of lockdown reviewed (16/11/2020)
