Accidentally ordered for pickup an hour later than intended but that wasn’t a problem. When I turned up early the staff were helpful and polite and made the order (3 pizzas and 3 sides) on the spot. No fuss.

The manager of Pizza Hut Reigate is an amazing and generous person as he support different local projects. He gifted vouchers to various projects for schools, colleges, and care homes. Our family and friends always order from Pizza Hut Reigate because this place became an active part of our local community.

I have been ordering pizza from this place for several months though I stay a little far. Pizza tastes good. Service is great here with a friendly approach. Store manager Richard is very friendly and makes the collection experience nice and easy.

Our go to pizza place, for collection or delivery. Only had a problem once, over the last two years we have been ordering from them, and they sent out a replacement order within 20 minutes.
Food is always hot and correct when delivered.
Never had an issue with service, delivery drivers are great!

I'm one of those pesky vegans and I accidentally ordered my pizza with cheese! I called and they changed it straight away even though they had already put my wrong order in the oven! So kind and very friendly, thank you so much! :)

Very quick my order was ready to go when I arrived.
Staff were very polite and friendly especially the guy who served me Jaime.

I called Pizza Hut and they helped out with in 26 mins even with the football ⚽️ !! Thank you Pizza Hut for saving two hungry young ladies and goodbye dominoes!! )Well done England - Final 🏴)
Saving grace and shame on dominoes who took my money, let two children go hungry and told me if they cannot attempt a cold re - delivery they would refund me £12.80 out of £40 even though the store is less than a minute away. Rude Manager and staff that despite being gracefully allowed to speak first as adults, shouted over me repeatedly.
Pizza Hut to the rescue and within 26 mins of our hour & a half ordeal. I know this is repeated but come on this was in the euro semi finals !! Well done Pizza Hut . Amazing attention to detail and exemplary customer service. Your extra efforts have not gone unnoticed - thank you.

been a customer here for years, and honestly i had told myself the last time ill ever order was march 2020. manager gave us incorrect food and refused to refund even when we rejected the order. cursed us too. however we were given a voucher which was soon to expire, so we placed an order. soon before delivery time had a call from the manager (new) telling us it'll be sent out soon and was super friendly - i was shocked. at delivery, the manager told us he's new and pizza hut have replaced all staff to ensure changes, and i can say wholeheartdly that management has changed and so has food quality. new manager freddie wanted to ensure our food to the standard we want and its great. will now keep ordering again, so long as freddie is the manager as he ensures his customers are happy!!!

I’ve ordered from Pizza Hut in Bell street a number of times so now I fell I can give an accurate review. The pizzas have always been hot and on time. I’m a bit surprised by the reviews recently because over the last 6 months of ordering, each order has been accurate and the toppings are fresh and tasty. Will continue to order from here
