Came here for 2 pints of lager and a packet of crisps (actually we had ale, and 2 packets of crisps). Really nice hidden pub both inside and out. Weather was great so made use of the front beer garden, and pub is well presented for curb appeal. Good selection of ales, didn't feel they were expensive and the staff were really friendly.

Great little pub. Went on a Saturday evening. Really good pint of ESB and Hophead. Friendly bar staff. Nice atmosphere; proper pub. Definitely go again.

Lovely old pub nestled one minute from Richmond green, a Fullers so great selection IMHO... Friendly people there. Has SKY and shows football if that's what you're into. Reasonable prices nowadays, 2 beers for £10 :-)

Nice pub that has good selection of beers that are kept very well. London pride was great and I hear the other beers were also good. I tried the lunch special chilli it was ok. Tasted nice enough but absolutely no chilli heat to it.

Good old school local pub. Worn seats, Richmond and international rugby paraphernalia throughout. Outside seating in front for sidewalk viewing, sheltered seating on the side; certain nights of the week a local small choir will be practicing their vocal and drinking at the far end of the side seating. Interesting pub food menu, usually some nice daily specials, and very much on the affordable side for Richmond. Also good 2 for 1 drink specials during the week.

I have never reviewed a pub before, but this pub certainly deserves high recommendation.
A friend and I had a Sunday Roast earlier this week and were extremely impressed with both the quality and quantity of food served, especially given the relatively low price. We were also impressed with the extremely friendly service and attention to our needs.

Nice bar. Decent pub grub. Guinness wasn't great. The tap cider was Strongbow which felt a bit 80s. Most bars now have a superior cider.

I reviewed this pub some months back, when we first visited, and our recommendation hasn't changed. Almost certainly one of the cheapest for a Sunday Roast, and cooked to perfection.
It has become our favourite Sunday Roast pub, whenever we're in the area.

Stumbled upon this busy and efficient pub following an amazing adventure in Twickenham-land.
Beer is reasonably priced, and service fast (if you have female company.... Slower if you don't). Loads of nostalgia on the walls and the staff were intelligent enough to preemptively half poor Guinness. A great drinking hole and friendly pub.
And they sell alcohol, so definitely worth a pint there. .. might do food, but not sure as eating is cheating...

Busy pub tucked away in the centre of Richmond. Watched a 6Nations game here, lots of staff and quick service at the bar. Lots of rugby memorabilia. Well worth a look around on a quiet day.

Been going here for years to the sun Inn, a warm friendly atmosphere, great music, great bar staff and a good playlist. If you like a more traditional pub and atmosphere with a rugby theme this is perfect. Not to mention the prices are better than most of Richmond.
