I came in to cool down with a large iced vanilla latte. Service was great they made the drink quickly. The shop was not that busy when I came in. Very conveniently placed just outside the station. I had a good experience overall👍🏼 the drink was nice too!

A busy branch, Richmond's Costa has all the good points of the chain plus friendly, cheerful and efficient staff. There are plentiful choices of coffee shops around but I tend to return here for good coffee and service.

I always loved Costa Coffee, especially their Mocha and Mango cooler, but the staff is also always very friendly. Today a wonderful member of staff made me a new drink for free upon realising that I didn’t like the drink I ordered. He did not have to do this at all, yet he insisted and it really made my day. Thank you so much!

I've only been to the store a few times, and only in recent months. However, I must say, my visit today deserves a 5-star award, backed by my previous visits. Wonderful service today, very polite staff and they also told me to take a seat and they'd bring my sausage bap & latte over to me. This store is fab, whereas the store in Chiswick wouldn't even get 1-star. Thanks to the team at Richmond today! Brilliant.

Right next to Richmond train station. It is standard size and well decorated. Enough tables to sit inside the shop and few outside the shop as well. Sometimes it's get busy. Service was ok.

At the time of coffee ordering, no-one was in so super fast service and great coffee taste! The music a little too loud tho.

My local Costa coffee. It's a very busy branch, but it's situated next to the train station, so you can see why. So is usually pretty busy, but the staff are all very friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is pretty chilled out and the service is excellent and prompt.
