Good value and good range of reliable products. I like their flexibility. For example they pre-butter rools for bacon rolls but will go round the back to get an unbuttered one if you ask. And will do double bacon too!
Small but friendly and efficient branch, serving the usual range of takeaway rolls, baguettes, hot pastries and sweet treats. Coffees, smoothies, juices and sodas also available. Especially good bacon baguettes!
Every Saturday, while I run at Kingston Parkrun, I frequently visit this Gress. I just tried the vegan sausage and Latte. The staff is lovely. The gentleman who was serving was courteous. setup that is well-organized. One of my favorite spots to grab coffee in the morning after a run.
Everytime I go in here I'm harassed by Owen and Zaynab trying to upsell food I obviously don't want, takes an hour just to get through the 'if u get 36 more sausage rolls u save £2' nonsense. No Owen I don't want a full box of pizza and 4 yum yums for lunch
Greggs coffee is as divisive as brexit. Some love it and others hate it. I love it and this is one of the locations where you can quickly drop by and grab one. Sometimes a sausage roll to go with it.
