Just had a lovely vegetable soup and savoury scone for lunch. Absolutely delicious. Home-made and very flavoursome. Wish we were visiting Ripon for longer as we would have returned to try some of their lovely looking cakes.
Very friendly staff.
If in Ripon, highly recommend this cafe.

My first visit to this little gem and it certainly exceeded all expectations.

My ommelette was the tastiest Ive had in ages and generous portions, I couldnt finish it so sadly couldnt sample their cakes.

We visited this morning, very hungry. Ordered 2 large English breakfasts and a pot of tea for 2. Can honestly say it was the best breakfast i have ever eaten from a cafe. Delicious, hot and not greasy. Every mouthful was lovely. Came with 2 slices of wholemeal toast and butter. Staff were friendly and efficient and the place was spotless. The cakes and scones looked amazing too. Have to sample those next time. A great little find and I would recommend without hesitation.

A very unmemorably-named cafe/tea room with a fairly simple menu. But the food was very tasty and freshly made, generous portions, good value, and super friendly service. Plus there's a nice view of the rustic city centre if you get a window seat. What more could you ask for?

I'm so glad we found this wonderful place today!
The food was all baked and cooked by the friendliest of staff. We had afternoon tea. The sandwiches were exquisite and the home made almond and cherry scones were one of the best I've ever eaten!!. We had our cakes boxed up and have the joy of tasting them later.
You will not be disappointed with the food or the friendliest staff I've met.
