Great cafe with excellent service and food. Nice and varied selection of food, including vegetarian and gluten free options. They were able to accommodate a group of 25 for lunch with only few days notice. Thanks for excellent service!
I came in for breakfast this morning with some friends and we were all very impressed!
The food was delicious; I had smashed avo with feta on toast - it was lovely! I also had a great cuppa (a very important part of a breakfast!)
It was all very reasonably priced and the service was great too.
We will definitely be going back.
Quiet little Cafe, fair size seating area, food was very nice and priced reasonably.
Pleasant atmosphere, chatty staff, not bussling (when I was there), food wasn't a long wait. I give it a solid 10 out of 10. I would say if you are in the area, pop in and try the food. You won't be disappointed
Slightly tucked away, but easy to get to with Sat nav. Easy parking. Friendly staff excellent food in very pleasant cafe. Very good prices.
Superb breakfast! Friendly staff, even stopped the sun from blinding my son! Highly recommend
Great value cafe. Probably more for people working in the area than for families on holiday like us but we were very welcome and had a nice lunch for a fraction of the cost of a more touristy place.
Not been before but we'll go again. Very friendly, clean, fast service with a genuine smile.
Well, grab a fork and prepare to tuck into this delicious review of the Biscuit Café, a hidden gem nestled cosily in Victoria, Saint Austell, Cornwall. It’s as easy to find as a kid in a candy store, nestled right next to the bustling Victoria Offices & Conference Centre.
You'll find it just a stone’s throw from the A30. Seriously, it's so close to Cornwall Services, you could probably order your food by carrier pigeon!
The café itself is kept as clean as a hound's tooth. No pesky dust bunnies in sight, just delicious biscuits. And while your four-legged friends might have to sit out the indoor dining experience, there's a welcome mat for them on drier days when the café tables are basking in the glorious Cornish sun. With so much grass to roam, your pup will be wagging their tail in delight!
Now, let’s talk about the people who make the magic happen - Tristan and Max. This dynamic duo runs the café like a well-oiled espresso machine. They're as friendly as a Labrador and as helpful as a guide dog. Whether you're after a coffee or a full English, they've got you covered.
Parking? It's as plentiful as seagulls at a chip shop. No need to embark on a quest for a parking space here!
Now, onto the main event: the food. Biscuit Café is more than just a pretty face; it serves up a breakfast fit for a king. You've got your standard Full English, the double trouble XL Full English, and, for the truly brave of heart (and stomach), the triple threat Biscuit's Belly Buster Breakfast. Not a meat lover? Fear not, they've got you covered with Smashed Avo on Toast, Rarebit, and a kid’s breakfast that could tame the wildest of toddlers.
And don't get me started on the Brioche Rolls. You can pile on everything from bacon to grilled halloumi, smashed avo, or melted mature cheddar. Did I mention they also serve hash browns? This is the breakfast roll of dreams!
While I haven’t personally dived into their lunch offerings yet, they've got a menu that would make any foodie salivate. Loaded nachos, jacket potatoes with an array of fillings, sandwiches on malted grain bread, baguettes, and ciabattas – there's something for everyone. And they've never turned me down when I’ve requested my BBQ Chicken & Cheddar Ciabatta toasted for a late lunch take-away.
Fancy a little something on the side? Biscuit Café has a full barista service, complete with milk alternatives and beans from Cornico Coffee, ground fresh as morning dew. They also have a tantalising selection of cakes, chocolates, and crisps to tempt you, not to mention a chilled selection of beverages.
However, be warned: the Biscuit Café plays hard to get on the weekends. They're open Monday to Thursday, 8.30 AM to 4 PM, and on Friday until 3.30 PM.
So, folks, the next time you're in the mood for a slap-up meal that won’t break the bank or a top-notch cuppa, hoof it over to Biscuit Café. I guarantee, you’ll be as happy as a pig in mud! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Fantastic cafe. Incredibly helpful staff. Plenty of seating indoors and lovely decked patio out front. Ideal for business meetings. Quick service and good parking.
We had heard that this cafe did good breakfasts and we weren't disappointed. Very reasonably priced full English and eggs on toast. The coffee was top quality flavour 👌. Despite being sited in a place to cater for the business park - it's a great place to stop off for breakfasts or light lunches / teas.
