I have visited here many times. It's one of my favourite restaurants. The staff are always friendly and nothing is too much trouble, it is very clean and the food is absolutely delicious. I've tried a few different dishes in here now and I've never had a bad meal. Everything has been fantastic. The food portions are generous and the pricing is excellent. We have just had a Mother's Day meal here and what they offered on their set menu was lovely. One had this menu and two of us had a mixture of both. They are so child friendly in there and it was such a lovely touch that when my little girl had pizza it came up in the shape of Mickey Mouse. She was so excited by it that it made her meal that extra bit special. I will return here and would thoroughly recommend it.
My boyfriend and I went for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon and it only had a handful of other people. I had previously dined here and had the most amazing pasta dish but couldn’t for the life of me remember what it was, the waiter was more than accommodating and actually created a pasta dish that wasn’t on the menu at all- this completely blew me away and they went over and beyond my expectations and experiences of any other dining experience. Ciao Bella provides the most exceptional service, from the waiters to the chefs. Overall a very authentic homely feel that will make you think you’re in the hills of Tuscany and not in Romford!!
Came here with my mate for a nice meal and chat up. The food was really good and so we're the cocktails. Really cozy setting. Also that toilets very clean. Staff really nice and friendly

Found this restaurant by accident while walking in Romford, very happy with everything, much better than chain restaurants.
The menu has a decent amount of choice and all at good prices.
The food is all cooked fresh to order and is generous in size (one starter is easy big enough for 2 people).
Good friendly service in a comfortable building.
Nothing bad to say about this restaurant and I will return if in the area again.
Wonderful atmosphere. Attentive waitress. Very generous portions you should consider starters to share as they are humongous. Main was delish and again big portions. Menu is well presented many choices including wonderful stone bake pizza and amazing desserts. If you planning special occasion to celebrate 🍾 with a little bit prosecco this is place to visit. I liked this place the first time I went in. I had a confirmation the next night when I had a dinner whit a friend. Food is good, portions are even big, service is good, people are nice - You ought to try.

The greatest Italian meal I've ever had! This place is perfect for trying new dishes as you can guarantee they'll be high quality and cooked exactly as they should be. Couple the amazing food with polite and attentive staff and a charming atmosphere, and you have a truly magnificent dining experience. I was only in town for a business trip but I would consider returning to Romford solely to dine at Ciao Bella!
Great restaurant, the staff are great, especially Luciano. Nearly all pasta dishes can be swapped to gluten free alternatives, but you have to ask for this, it's not clear from the menu, they could easily amend this!
We are French, but we enjoy a lot Italian food! When coming in Romford, we tried this restaurant and it was excellent! Service was also great with very kind employees. Food was on the top and particularly the home-made tiramisu
