Came here with my mate for a nice meal and chat up. The food was really good and so we're the cocktails. Really cozy setting. Also that toilets very clean. Staff really nice and friendly

Great restaurant, the staff are great, especially Luciano. Nearly all pasta dishes can be swapped to gluten free alternatives, but you have to ask for this, it's not clear from the menu, they could easily amend this!

We are French, but we enjoy a lot Italian food! When coming in Romford, we tried this restaurant and it was excellent! Service was also great with very kind employees. Food was on the top and particularly the home-made tiramisu

The greatest Italian meal I've ever had! This place is perfect for trying new dishes as you can guarantee they'll be high quality and cooked exactly as they should be. Couple the amazing food with polite and attentive staff and a charming atmosphere, and you have a truly magnificent dining experience. I was only in town for a business trip but I would consider returning to Romford solely to dine at Ciao Bella!

Real quality ingredients used giving tasty plates of food. Portion sizes very generous. Excellent value.
Staff are very friendly and attentive too. A real gem of a place, its no wonder its the busiest restaurant on the street.

Found this restaurant by accident while walking in Romford, very happy with everything, much better than chain restaurants.
The menu has a decent amount of choice and all at good prices.
The food is all cooked fresh to order and is generous in size (one starter is easy big enough for 2 people).
Good friendly service in a comfortable building.
Nothing bad to say about this restaurant and I will return if in the area again.

I liked this place the first time I went in. I had a confirmation the next night when I had a dinner whit a friend. Food is good, portions are even big, service is good, people are nice - You ought to try.

Wonderful atmosphere. Attentive waitress. Very generous portions you should consider starters to share as they are humongous. Main was delish and again big portions. Menu is well presented many choices including wonderful stone bake pizza and amazing desserts. If you planning special occasion to celebrate 🍾 with a little bit prosecco this is place to visit. Luciano we will be back soon.
